Refund Policy

 

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Here is how refunds work for our digital products.

Our promise

Our products are digital downloads, which means they reach you instantly and there is nothing to post back. Even so, if a product isn’t right for your family, we’d rather make it right than have you feel short-changed.

If you’re not happy, email us at hello@100familytraditions.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll sort it out with you. We simply ask that you’ve genuinely given the workbook a try first, since once a digital file is downloaded it can’t be returned.

If something is wrong

If your product is faulty, will not download, will not open, or is not as described, please contact us at hello@100familytraditions.com and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you. This is your right under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and nothing in this policy limits those rights.

What this doesn’t cover

Because our products are instant digital downloads delivered in full at the time of purchase, we are not able to offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after you have downloaded and used the product, beyond our 30-day promise above.
• Buying the wrong product by mistake when the correct one was clearly described (though do get in touch, we’ll always try to help).
• Problems caused by your own device, printer, or software, where the file itself is working correctly.

How to request a refund

Just email hello@100familytraditions.com with:

• The email address you used at checkout, and
• A quick note about what went wrong or why it wasn’t right for you.

We aim to reply within [2–3] business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

A note on sharing

Each purchase is licensed for your own family’s personal use. Refunds are offered in good faith, on the understanding that the product is not copied, shared, or redistributed. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the full licence.
