• When you join our email list or download our free guide: your name (if given) and your email address.
• When you contact us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you browse the site: basic technical and usage information such as your device type, browser, pages visited, and how you found us, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Deliver the products you buy and send your download links.

Our products are made for families, but they are bought and used by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.

100 Family Traditions is based in New Zealand and operates primarily under the Privacy Act 2020. We rely on the performance of a contract when you purchase a product from us, and on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the site for basic analytics and site security.

Your rights. Subject to certain conditions, you have the right to:

• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Delete your personal information ("the right to erasure")

International transfers. Your information is stored and processed in New Zealand and by our service providers, which may be located outside the EEA or UK. New Zealand has been recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, meaning transfers from the EEA to New Zealand may take place without additional safeguards.

Complaints. If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, we would like the chance to put it right, so please contact us first.
