Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 100 Family Traditions. These terms apply to your use of our website 100familytraditions.com (the “site”) and to any products you buy from us. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean 100 Family Traditions, based in New Zealand. “You” means you, the visitor or customer.

1. Our products

We sell digital products, including printable workbooks and guides delivered as downloadable PDF files. Our products are digital downloads. Nothing physical is posted to you. Once your payment is complete, you receive a link to download the file.

We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately. Because they are printed at home, the exact appearance may vary slightly depending on your printer, paper, and settings.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown on the site in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.

We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to our prices and our prices do not include a GST component.

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.

3. Delivery of digital products

After your payment is confirmed, your download link is made available immediately and is also sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please enter your email carefully, as that is where your product is delivered.

If your download does not arrive or does not work, contact us at hello@100familytraditions.com and we will help you straight away.

4. Your licence to use our products – please read

When you buy one of our products, you are buying a personal licence to use it, not the copyright in it. This is important, so here is what it means in plain terms.

You may:

  • Download the file and print as many copies as you like for your own household.
  • Use it with your own family, as many times as you like.

You may not:

  • Resell, sub-license, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute the product or any part of it.
  • Share, send, upload, post, or give the file (or printed copies) to anyone outside your own household.
  • Copy, reproduce, or adapt the content to create your own product, whether free or paid.
  • Claim the content, design, or wording as your own.

All content, design, wording, layout, and artwork in our products and on our site remain the copyright and intellectual property of 100 Family Traditions at all times. The licence we grant you is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the uses described above. If you breach this licence, it ends automatically, and we reserve our right to take further action.

If you would like to use our products in a way not covered above (for example, in a school, group, or business setting), please contact us. We are usually happy to help, but it needs our written permission first.

5. Acceptable use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that harms us or other users.

6. Refunds

Our refund and returns terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or withdraw products and content on the site at any time. We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, and the “last updated” date shows when it last changed.

8. Our responsibility to you

We take genuine care with our products, and we want you to be happy with them. Our products are intended to support and inspire family life. They are not professional, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and you use them at your own discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything connected with a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986, which apply alongside these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be dealt with by the New Zealand courts.

10. Contact us
